Weekend & Holiday Bartender

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender. You must be at least 21 years of age per California employment law.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Take orders using slips or memorization

• Create alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that customers enjoy

• Have knowledge of proper mixing, garnishing, and drink pouring

• Flexibility to work in shifts as needed, especially on weekends and holidays

• Take accurate food and drink orders

• Use Square for orders and payments

• Be comfortable with technology

• Be able to make change accurately

• Interact with customers in a friendly way so they want to return

• Have organizational and multitasking skills

• Be able to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Work well in a team​​

• Check ID for minimum age requirements for alcohol

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

• Organize, stock, and clean the bar

• Be positive and professional in interactions

• Inform customers about specials

• Offer suggestions about the menu

• High School diploma
